Top 5 2010 Games So Far

Now that August is almost over, and it's about to be time for a bunch of games to come out, I was wondering what some people think the top 5 games of 2010 have been so far. I was also interested in seeing what people think their lists for top 5 games of 2010 will be at the end of this year. Although there are some decent games coming out in the next few months, have all the best games to come out in 2010 already been released? Well, what do you think? Now to my two lists. 
 

Top 5 Games So Far

so far? personally Mass effect 2, red dead, bad company 2, splinter cell conviction and SSFIV. (I havent played SC2 and a couple of others so my list is strictly personal preference). 
honorable mention to Singularity. Halo reach, Fallout NV might change the list at the end of the year.

I've only played 4 2010 games.

Whether they will be good or not is another thing entirely.

1. Mass Effect 2
2. Assassin's Creed 2
3. Starcraft 2
4. Super Mario Galaxy 2
5. Split/Second

In no particular order:
 - Yakuza 3 
 - Skate 3
 - BF:BC2
 - Red Dead Redemption
 - Crackdown 2

1) Red Dead Redemption 
2) Mass effect 2 
3) Super mario Galaxy 
4) God of War 3 
5) Heavy Rain 

Right now I'm picking Red Dead Redemption, Mario Galaxy 2, and maybe Splinter Cell: Conviction as the top games I've played so far this year.
 
 Crackdown 2 is probably the worst game I've played this year.
 
For the record, I'm still very behind in games and haven't played most of the big ones from 2010.
