The big problem with the ability of streaming is that it looks like it's very vanilla in terms of what you can do. Most gamers won't go beyond just streaming the game screen but they will be overshadowed by those who have actual capture hardware, audio mixer and software like X-Split/OBS/Camtwist/etc..

In a particular scenario, just streaming the game only can benefit if you are part of a somewhat established gaming video group. You can use the archives and optimize it with necessary elements to be used for YouTube CPM.

Streaming with the console might be an interesting alternative to those who don't have enough for an Avermedia device or related.
