You can watch it on gametrailers.com or on spike, if you have that. It's a 3 hour mini E3 wrapped in an award show. The exclusive reveals is the purpose of this thread.

I really hope Fallout 4 is announced, but with the "next-gen" hardware and all the games coming up, I'm the most excited for a VGX than I have been in a long time.

@ilikepopcans: Meh, I wouldn't get so antagonistic about it. It was pretty easy to come to the conclusion that Spike would continue to host the show on their channel. I mean, you just linked to a spike webpage man.

YEah but I doubt we will see this kind of stuff there. I was even really surprised when they asked Atlus for Persona 5 to be there. SAdly they declined.

I did not watch this less year for oblivious reasons after watching it couple of times before. OF course I don't get though because I know they are not targeted at us. All I know is that my friend got really mad when Walking Dead won, because THE GAME OF THE YEAR was given to a stupid game.

Here my prediction on the stuff we know

Dying Light (trailer with the features of the game) i think at the VGA because WB is publishing it will come in the first 3/4 months of 2014 Broke Age ( trailer with a realease date maybe) The Division (it could be a Demo since not much has been heard about that game) South Park: The Stick of Truth (Trailer with realease date) Thief (15 minute Demo, SE need to get people hyped for that games since it coming in feb ) Quantum Break( most like a Trailer with some gameplay in it) Titanfall ( I don't know maybe a new game mode witch we never seen before in a FPS) The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt ( Trailer with choises) Reggie teases Nintendo's presence, a first for the publisher. (Zelda U reveal, but it there is a high chance of a new ip)

Tomb Raider (Teaser because that game is very early on dev ) also why is SE showing this and not FF15 ( that game realy looks good)

Fallout 4 ( Reveal Trailer )

Mass Effect (less than 5% to see something about that game, Bioware is working on DA Inquzistion and some starwars game so Mass Effect will be at E3)

Uncharted (Gameplay Trailer or just reaveal Trailer)

Santa Monica Project ( same as Mass Effect if there coming it will be at E3 )

looks like the Division thing is only some sort of teaser for December the 9th.

Interesting to see what they mean with the true power of Next gen.

This would suggest no Fallout 4.

Just smoke and mirrors. If anything, this pretty much confirms that the show will end with a gameplay trailer for Fallout 4.

@darji: I think the answer to why they are hosting a stream is right below the stream itself. They have games to sell.

They could have done this every year. They will most likely announce something. Half ife 3? No doubt it. Left for Dead 3 Yeah more than possible. Streaming such a event with 7 million constant users does cost a lot of money more than they would get from these sales.

There was an annual show called VGA that was basically the same only with more bullshit. This year it's been rebranded as VGX and is supposed to be longer with less bullshit and more new game reveals.

So both Brad and Jeff are really excited and intrigued by one thing at these VGX they can not talk about until next week. So at least for them there is something special there^^

A bit disappointed that this apparently isn't going to be shown on Spike TV so that I can watch it on my TV, but I guess watching a stream will be fine, as well. I wish Giant Bomb Chat would be up for it, but since it's a weekend, not sure how likely that is to happen.

I hope we hear about some Japanese games, but I am well-prepared for shooters and extreme mountain dew.

As far as the chat thing goes, do it yourself. That's what we in the wrestling thread do, anyhow. Just make a post in the VGX thread or make your own thread and advertise the chat for the show.

Honestly, that's for the best. Spike TV's idea of a video game awards show was really never that good. The further it's taken from their grasp, the better.

I definitely agree that Spike TV is terrible, but it was at least nice to be able to watch it on my TV...

Oh well! I can still watch the stream and possibly mock it from my computer. So, it'll probably work out fine.

The hyperbole is strong in that tweet. I want to get excited, but I doubt it will be anything great.

the fact that this is not going on Spike TV is awesome because now they actually really can concentrate on showing games. For example. Double fine will have a 10-15 minute demo of their Adventure Game Broken Age. If it were on Spike that would have been not possible at all. This will not be a trailer only show but we will also see gameplay demos. Sadly the Order 1886 does not seem to be ready so I think that one was sadly canceled...
