Video Bitrates in RSS Feeds

I posted in the bug reporting forum here, but thought it might get more attention in General. Anyone else have this issue? The RSS feeds seem to only receive the 4Mbps versions of site videos, where if you download them individually it downloads the 8Mbps versions. Weird, right? I'd like to see the high-quality ones when I'm offline if possible!

Which feed and what client are you using? I'm not seeing anything abnormal with Thunderbird with the non-premium feeds.
