That's not a launch line-up. That's a list of announced games.

And Nintendo still has Monster Hunter. In Japan, that series is king. And by the time the Vita is released in North America, the 3DS line-up will likely be much stronger than it is now.

Yeah, pretty much echoing what others have already said but those aren't launch titles. I'm nicely surprised by a few of the games on that list though.

The giveaway has to the fact that I don't think Street Fighter X Tekken even has a solid release date yet.

Rayman Origins is coming to the Vita? Great!

I also think it's hilarious that Ninja Gaiden: Sigma is coming out as an early title for the Vita like it did for the PS3.

Man, if those others were also launch titles, I would be putting money down for a Vita at this very moment.

Even without those, though, the list is looking good (better than the 3DS launch, at the very least). They damn well better bring that DJ Max title over here too; I can always use some more of that.

Getting: Gravity Daze, Dragon's Crown, Ys, Persona 4 Golden, Sound Shapes, Little King Story, Wipeout, Hot Shot's Golf, Final Fantasy X, Rayman Origins.

Maybe: Uncharted, LBP.

ummm to be honest there is not much differance between psvita n 3ds as far as games go. both have great upcomming title or atleast they look good n most that look awesome from psvita arnt launch titles atleast not announce launch titles so right now there even to me atleast

Sadly none of those are games I care about, because I rather play all of them on consoles. Also I just bought FFX 2 weeks ago. I have great timing.

Which is why I hated Twilight Princess and couldn't care less about Skyward Sword. Doesn't retroactively make the Zeldas I enjoyed bad. Meanwhile you're saying a million ports are awesome and totally worth buying a Vita for.

Still not buying a Vita. I basically have only purchased handhelds for the new pokemon games. Since getting my iphone i put down my handhelds and will never go back. Even Pokemon cant pull me back at this point.

I dont give a single one on portables. Neither handhelds nor phones.

I thought that the Vita was download-only.

Is the Vita offering 3D stuff, or is it strictly 2D? Because I would actually prefer it the latter way than the former.

Already seems better than the 3DS lineup to be honest, if they follow through.

I thought that the Vita was download-only.

Every game is downloadable for people who prefer digital, but there are still retail releases. Retail game carts keep save data and DLC on the cart.

Indeed, sir, you are correct.

I don't even know why handheld gaming is still a thing, especially with how hard it seems to be to get anyone to commit to making any games on these things. Tons of remakes/re-releases.

It seems like Vita is going to have fairly good launch games, but most of those games have similar titles on it's console counterpart so I highly doubt that I will purchase one.

Yea, that looks to be stronger than the 3DS line-up...in general. Shit! I wish that there was greater backwards compatibility with the PSP (maybe force developers to provide a digital version, even if it is harder than ripping the ISO and uploading it to PSN or whatever), but it looks like I'll be getting a Vita. Or a PS3, since several of the games are also there.
