Tools > options > change your email and username. Or just username.

Are you using mIRC or another program? I'm only really versed in mIRC.

Yeah, I'm using mIRC 6.31. Tried with several usernames and email addresses, including just random "f94bg29o4b" characters.

If anyone uses Trillian, you can also use the IRC plugin and it works really well.

Hulk tip for new users of Giant Bomb IRC room.  Use mIRC and use status window to Authserv identify.  Doing it in main room leads to accidentally showing the room your pass.  That no good.
