I can't seem to remember the name of a point-and-click horror game set in either space or just future earth. It came out within the last two years and had really cool pixel art. It looked like a really stressful, unique game, so I obviously found out about it from Patrick.

Other fuzzy memories of the game:

  • I remember starvation being a plot point. You seem to be responsible for the well-being of survivors.
  • The title might have been super artsy
  • The art looked a lot like The Last Door

@kaiserreich: Close, but I remember really cool, chunky pixel art.

I really like it even though I haven't finished it yet. It is super stressful and not what I'd call fun but I guess that's kinda the point of it. Since release they added a bunch of difficulty options that remove a bunch of the random chance so if you do just want to get the story you can but I'd recommend pushing through on normal even though you will die a lot. Just keep in mind that it is not what I'd call an adventure game in the traditional sense. What you see in the quick look is more or less the entire game as it's more about managing time and resources. For $10 I think it's worth a shot if you're interested, and if you wait for a sale then there's no reason not to try it.
