What game is this music sample from?

Hiya duders. I need some help with a sound sample in a song that's been bothering me for weeks now. It's a music and sound sample that plays on the Eevil Stöö track "Sä et kuule". I want to say that the music cues and gunshot sounds are from one of the Metal Gear Solid games, but I can't quite put my finger on which one and what the original song is. If anyone could pick out the source with keen ears, it would greatly soothe my memory and curiosity.

The aforementioned sample begins around the 0:45 mark on the track below.

The silenced gunshots sound very familiar to me and I can't quite put my finger on it, the closest sound is the silenced pistol from San Andreas LINK.

Some of the background noise/cues sound similar to the Strut A music from MGS2 LINK and some of the other cues sound Uncharted to me.
