Well, since I usually make my own avatar pics I'd be amazed. Actually a little disturbed since the only way someone could have the same as me would be to steal it. But whatevs.

This exact one? Well it's my favorite Mega Man Sprite as well as a pretty popular one so I wouldn't be all that surprised to see it. However this one is also a photograph of a bunch of blocks and in it's current state, which I gradually change whenever I feel like enough time has passed, it is pretty unique I guess. I do plan on returning to the original version eventually. Exactly "when" that will be I don't quite know yet.

My first avatar (after the default GB one) was Noel's seal. I was content on leaving it at that until I noticed another user, WitchHunter_Z had the exact same avatar. He was here first, so out of courtesy I changed mine to something I made. Well, more like took some already existing art and tweaked it. 
 
I'd be a bit bothered if I saw someone with my avatar now. Since its not anything extraordinary that's worth copying. It would most likely be somebody's lame attempt at "trolling."

i dont care if people have the same avatar as me but i can understand if you have made it yourself and only have used it for your avatar then its just shitty of people. but if you uploaded the pic then its free for all in my opinion

That would pretty dumb of them, given that I have my initials in mine. I would probably politely ask them to change it. If they didn't, I might consider asking a mod to get involved. That's a pretty specific thing to do, it would have to be deliberate griefing.

RTSlord already has mine. But I did put the photo into the photoshop thread, so it's a part of the internets now I guess....

I would send the person nasty, profanity laden private messages questioning their heritage and sexuality.  That's how we solve disputes on the internet, isn't it?

I called dibs on my avatar about five years ago, so if someone else is using it I will find where he lives go to his home and tell him very politely that it's not cool.

Since I use an image of myself, I'd find it weirdly flattering.

I'd wonder why someone wanted an avatar with my screen name on it.

Well obviously they will have too die, but i don't think anyone else are using this Alyson Hannigan avatar. 

I doubt anyone would want my avatar. Besides, the it's distorted. Someone would have to find the piece I lifted it from in order to make his own.
 
Wasn't my first choice by the artist, but I reconsidered because I worry that some members might get the wrong impression of me if they ever find out where it came from.

I would be pretty annoyed, I've had this avatar since I joined.

There was one point around last year that someone had had the name of Bucketdeath instead of Bucketdeth, and had the exact avatar but were banned not long after.

I'd be grateful, the site could do with a lil more Burton. Kessler's Farm would also of been naturally much more successful if it was the Burton Butt Barn too.

Unless you create your avatar yourself, it's not your to begin with.  Secondly, if anyone PM'd me nerdraging over an avatar, he/she would tactfully be told to suck themselves, their dad, their, and the whole family bloodline.  Because, as we all know, the internet is serious business.

We would probably have to wrestle in a pit of fire to determine who was more worthy of the honor.  Pignite!
 
I did recently encounter somebody on the site with the username "Spoonman."  I believe my response was, "what the..."

I would be upset... mainly because i made avatar (checks profile), oh wait, no i didn't. I was thinking of a different account/place... uhh... well, i would still be upset, but i would get over it. 
 
@Spoonman671: Yeah, it is always unsettling to meet someone who has a similar named account, i remember i use to go by Lord_Zor for sc1, until one day i saw a person with the name Lord-Zor. So yeah, we had an awkward conversation...
