What is the best Summer of Arcade?

Anyway, 2008. Braid über alles

Have to give it up to 2008. Castle Crashers, Braid and Geo Wars 2.

Bionic Commando Rearmed, Braid, Castle Crashers, and Geometry Wars 2 are all classics. Never mind Galaga Legions 

I thought this one was great, i know everyone likes to hate on fruit ninja but all the game were great this year.

Also the lead ins for this year were great Trenched and Ms. Splosion Man and now 3rd Strike as the first game after, i know they weren't part of SoA but it's still summer.

I'm going to go with 2009. I loved Trials and  Shadow Complex. Splosion Man was pretty good too.

Looking at those lists I just realized I only actually like about half of the games that have come out in the Summer of Arcade. 2008 for Castle Crashers and Geometry Wars 2 I guess.

2009 had not a single game I enjoyed. 2010 had Monday Night Combat, and 2011 had From Dust and Toy Soldiers Cold War. Despite owning all the games released, I'm depressed at how many I disliked lol.

I have barely played any of the games released thorugh Summer of Arcade. So I guess I'll vote for 2009 then.

Trials HD and Splosion Man are the only games I've bought. I think both of those came out 2009, not sure though.

2008, closely followed by 2011. I loves me some Braid.

2009 is my favourite. Splosion Man, Trials HD, Marvel vs Capcom 2 and Shadow Complex (it's a shame Turtles in Time wasn't a very good remake). Easily my favourite year for the promotion.
