What 'Killer Apps' Do You Not Like?
I have a hard time defining a "Killer App" and distinguishing that from a "highly popular game."
When I think "Killer App," it pretty much nullifies a lot of the games you have listed (well, a few, not a lot) because I envision a killer app to mean "console-specific-game-which-determines-console's-dominant-demographic".
So, Halo, Mario, possibly, possibly Fable are still in the running. But, again, my definition has not been stated with a lot of confidence.
Killer App refers to a AAA title, not whether the game turns out to be any good. I get what you mean, though. My vote is for Rainbow Six: Vegas. What is the appeal? The game sucks.

Super Smash Bros. Brawl. Warhawk.
EDIT: Oh and any game that requires you to play along to music with stupid plastic instruments.
If you're confused, here's what a killer app is.
"A killer application (commonly shortened to killer app), in the jargon of computer programmers and video gamers, has been used to refer to any computer program that is so necessary or desirable that it provides the core value of some larger technology, such as a gaming console, software, operating system, or piece of computer hardware. In this sense, a killer app substantially increases sales of the platform that supports it."
With that said, I'm going to say Wii Fit. And yes, that's a killer app.
