When is the New Website Launching?

Last I heard, the new Giant Bomb website is supposed to be launching in January.

I think I heard that a couple of weeks ago.

I'd love an update for the projected unleashing of The Sea Serpent upon the masses.

You will have to launch first. It will be launched manually after that.

I hope soon. I have access to the Beta. The few times I've gone to the forums, man, it's the fucking Wild West.

There's still a lot of things with the site, so hopefully it won't go up too soon.

Giant Bomb is always fashionably late, time is not a concept they're familiar with.

Giant Bomb is never late or early. It arrives precisely when it means to.

@lightsoda: @chrismafuchris: To be fair, I don't think their rebuilding and pushing things out regularly, so the BETA is probably pretty far behind where their internal stuff is. I could be wrong though.

It was supposed to happen in October, from what I remember in one of the radio shows. So don't expect a date to stick.

@MordeaniisChaos: If they're testing it, I hope not. Anyway, I don't mind personally, I see deadlines getting busted all the time, and I prefer that over something too rushed. But there will certainly be some bugs on launch even so.
