Every time I open up my achievements for Nier on the 360 the achievement it always is first highlighted on is "The Book of Legend". This is the achievement for Grimoire Weiss joining you. Is this happening to anyone else? If so, does it mean anything?

I think a better question is, why are you even playing Neir?

@Spence_5060:  How are you finding it otherwise? Nier has received a fairly luke warm reception but I have still been curious to play it but my local rental shop doesn't have a copy and I am wary of forking out top dollar for it.

That's the problem. You heard, you haven't played. And you're wrong, i liked it more than FFXIII and Resonance of Fate.

I was kind of kidding about the meaning part behind it. I just thought with how that character acts in the game you could almost see a hidden meaning behind it, but whatever. I was mainly just wondering if this has happened to other people or if my achievement page for this game is just glitched or something.

@c1337us:  This is definitely an interesting RPG to say the least. I have agreed for the most part from what many reviewers have said. The main part being that that dam fishing mini game is terrible. Its not even terrible in the sense of the mini game itself, but the poor explanation on how to do it. I tried for probably the first half an hour on figuring it out. But I never thought that one small mechanic in the game would leave such a bad taste in my mouth that I would want to just stop playing the game there. But after cooling down and figuring out how to fish effectively in the game with a FAQ it wasn't that bad of a game. The combat is decent I guess but I think the high points of this game is the story and definitely the Music. If the story won't get you emotionally involved it will definitely be the music. And there is an good upside with this story too. It may be a bit of an investment of time, but after you beat the game you still have some questions about the some characters and the overall story. So what they do is start you on a new game+ that starts you back at the half way point of the game, but what they do is now they add a bit of story that you missed out the first time through and I'm realizing as I play through this second half of the game again it is different enough to keep me playing again. That is what the alternate ending achievements are for. So I'm guessing I'm going to have to play through the second half of the game at least one more time for the complete story, which I definitely don't mind because it is definitely the better half of the game.
