Because the enemies in Too Human look like Dog from Half Life:
"Subway said:Yeah, someone couldn't get mad at a game for taking from a movie, otherwise no one would like Goldeneye. If they stole from another game, like Half Life or something, then you may have a case."Thats it, I refuse to play COD5 because the enemies in that look too much like the enemies in COD3."calm down, it's a joke"
"Thrawn said:yeah. i played it until i opened up the stats menu for the first time, and immediately got bored. maybe it was because of how tired i was, or i was still thinking about the ending of episode 2, but too humanwas pretty lame. shame on my brother for buying it."Jayge said:So you did play Too Human?!""Damn, DOG does look a lot like a Goblin."I had just finished HL episode 2 before i started too human, then i saw the dude and i was like "wait.....what? i can't shoot him!""
"Thats it, I refuse to play COD5 because the enemies in that look too much like the enemies in COD3."Oh.. maybe you didn't know, but I think soldiers look very much the same.. and they are human, so that's a similarity as well. -_-'
"Subway said:Repetitive, series may be, but good is gameplay. Very good."Thats it, I refuse to play COD5 because the enemies in that look too much like the enemies in COD3."
As funny as this is, it's a pretty fitting synecdoche that describes why I avoid the Call of Duty series all together."
"Soap said:that would be very strange and just make me want to play to see the ending as well"ZombieHunter said:that would make me actually want to play too human""that does look like dog :P"It is :(
I just finished Too Human and it turns out it was Dog, then Gordan Freeman comes through a portal and totally kicks baldurs ass for hurting his ladies dog :("
