It only says "used" because it's a reseller, not an official Amazon retailer, so they can't sell anything "new" without being a partner of Amazon or Amazon itself. You fail.

It says Used - Like New, meaning that the box is probably unsealed, but the card has not been used. You may also notice that there are plenty of 'new' cards being sold higher than Amazon's price. This is nothing new, you'll get this on almost every item at Amazon.
Quite true, quite true. Just because it says "used" doesn't mean the card has actually been used. You put that on any item if it's not in perfect condition. A brand new game that has the plastic teared off of it, but never opened = Used - Like New.
