WTF just happened? did I see Drew licking his elbow?

Hey I was about to watch the Costume Quest trailer, i click on it and instead of the trailer I get a video of Drew(?) in front of a withe wall trying to lick his elbow, my browser tried to open a new window and then it froze. Was this a bug or what?

Giantbomb has been putting video ads for their Big Live Live show, so it was probably that.
