A lot of people on Reddit (https://www.reddit.com/r/xboxone/comments/9uumd1/servers_down/) are getting the message when trying to launch the digital version of RDR2. I see the message when trying to launch Dead Rising 2. I tried going offline, but DR2 still would not launch (Xbox Game Pass download). I’m having flashbacks of the “always online” Xbox One announcement lol.

Seems to be resolved now (was successful in launching Dead Rising 2 game pass version). Regardless, issues like these with digital downloads are always worrisome when looking toward the future.
