Grand Theft Auto III successfully Reverse Engineered

So a team of people have successfully reverse engineered GTA III, which leads to better widescreen support, better loading times, better controller support, and native ports for Vita/Nintendo Switch/and more.

The EULA probably specifically prohibits doing something like this, but at least they were classy enough to not put the game assets in the repo so people need to own the game to use this.

Strange timing for me. I was literally playing GTA3 and Vice City in the past few weeks out of nostalgia (I've pretty much exclusively been listening to 80s music for a month now) and this feels like it came out of nowhere. Happy to try these out now though, especially since they both supposedly have real XInput support.
