What a wonderful journey. You touched nothing and gave so much. I watched and listened as you played without vengeance but perseverance and followed the heart of one on a mission. A small journey in a big game. Thanks.
Thanks Greg for your 12 Hour Marathon of Skyrim
Absolutely, that was the highlight of my week.
On a long comfy couch right in front of my PC, wrapped in a thick blanket with headphones on, a bottle of water and multiple trays of food and 12 hours of COLD, ICE COLD Skyrim.
I didn't get to watch more than an hour and a half live (Fucking school work!) but I really enjoyed what I watched and am currently working through the archive on Justin.tv. Also, it made me want this game extremely bad but I can't buy it until the 25th (loaned money and won't get it back until then, FUCK!). Really annoyed because of that right now
Anyways, yeah, thanks a ton, Greg!
You can only do it from your blog as far as I can tell. Just write the users name at the bottom of your blog "related to..." and click it and scroll up and click "users forum". Warning: It will get less views than General or Off-Topic forums. You can make a topic from a users profile?
@TehFlan: I just recently started browsing topics by using http://www.giantbomb.com/forums/......I use to browse by the separate main boards until I got annoyed by the stickies.
It was good to be able to watch the stream whenever I needed to take a break from work. The downside is that it got me even more hyped for the game and the store I pre-ordered from didn't have a midnight release so I'll have to wait 12 hours before I'll get a chance to pick it up.
It's weird how all of these posts appear in Greg's activity feed. Something that obviously should be personal. It's like we're all a part of him.
I made it through all of Snide and Ryan, but unfortunately I had to hit the hay halfway through Greg's epic and entertaining marathon. Really, really didn't want to -- kept me glued to my computer monitor way later than I'd actually intended to stay up, but eventually I had to give in. Seriously though, a solid mix of many awesome sights and laugh-out-loud moments. Wish Greg could hang around doing stuff like this all the time, but I guess then we'd never see the next Supergiant Games masterpiece.
