I used to love looking up pictures of CG art on the Internet. I found a hell of an interesting one once, and I wish I could find it again. A featureless man was sitting underneath a series of pay phones on a wall with his hands on his forehead. It was such a distinct and interesting picture, but now I can't find it for the life of me.
it still looks like some cg artist are having trouble with hair. but all in all those were most impressive. not if we can only make images like that at atleast 30 fps in 1080p with physic's, music, and smooth animation. (and maybe some good gameplay to boot)
Cause that isn't creeper at all. Those were really sweet. Some looked photos. Only problem was some eyes looked weird. The reflections are missing all the effects and look blank. They were all amazing anyway.

Also anyone know why they cant get games that run at this level of graphical realism? I mean if they can make movies out of it why cant they make a video game?

The movies that approach that level of realism can take many hours per frame to render. Hair and clothing, but mostly hair, are also quite difficult to do quickly.
A computer generated realistic human in motion is notoriously difficult to do convincingly... but some people and companies are getting quite good. The technology and techniques are almost there. Getting it running at 60 frames per second, or even 24 frames per second, is the next big trick.

movies are scripted, in games you have to be able to freely articulate the frame(of the avatar on screen) at any given time of the controller input.
Some of these are pretty amazing, though there is plenty of that "real doll" effect that happens when CGI almost gets to photorealism but falls just short. Still, great work all around.
