Q) Bush administration is announcing a plan  to loan the auto industry as much as $ 17.4 billion out of the wall street bail out fund , in exchange for the loans that tax payers will get shares of company's stock . what is your opinion ?

A) Honestly, I don't have an easy answer for this.  There needs to be some close examination of how the money is spent, and this should be reported to the taxpayers in an honest, open statement.  If bailout money is going to be used for bonuses and wage increases, I think the public, through some sort of watchdog agency, should be able to deny any future funding.  I have no idea how any of this would actually work, but it's just my thought.  Also, I think any funding given to companies should not be used for outsourcing or for plants outside of the United States.
