So are you the next big custom Tony Hawk's Pro Skater soundtrack? Do you like to make people dance? Or perhaps you like to bludgeon the listener's ear with a cacophony of vile, fetid noise, so sickly that it would rustle the jimmies of the almighty Cthulhu himself...
Whatever kind of music it is that you and your compatriots make, post it here! Musicians of Giant Bomb.... UNITE!
Ideally embed a youtube video of your music and/or link your band's facebook/reverbnation/whatever page and write a small description of what kind of music you make and what you play in your band.

I have a couple of bands going right now..
International death metal three-piece "Slice The Cake" which I do vocals for.

http://www.slicethecake.net/

And "The Deadjohnsons Big Incredible Day," an experimental/jazz/improvisation duo in which I play drums and percussion

Your turn! POST YOUR SHIZZLE, GIANT BOMBERS!

I have a blues two-piece, these recordings are all improvised and about a year old though.

Don't play in a band, but I do write and record myself. The few songs that are actually on the internet can be found here:

Wow, fantastic music. Especially liking Kakolukia and 11/24. Nice to hear someone that abuses eastern scales as much as I do.

Great stuff dude, very soulful playing from both of you. Lovely recordings too!

Wow thanks man :) I've grown up with that kind of music so it really comes natural to me. I have a really hard time finishing songs and tracks, like so many other composers. For example Kakolukia obviously isn't finished work. But thanks for giving ita listen man :) Really liked your stuff too, especially the second one.

I'm currently working on a few projects, all of which have yet to release anything; I'm the bassist/higher-pitched growler in a deliberately offensive grindcore group called Jake's Sister's Fetish Club, the bassist/vocalist for a currently-untitled progressive metal group, and the bassist/possibly vocalist/possibly guitarist (yes, I'd need to find more members to perform live) for a punk project tentatively titled Chagan.

The first two groups would've already recorded some stuff if it weren't for the fact that the other members have been out of town a lot recently, and as far as the punk project... I don't have a drummer.

@Lysergica33:

Hey man, thanks a lot. I thought that improvised jazz piece was really interesting to listen to, not enough music like that any more.

Slice The Cake (God, I feel ridiculous even typing that name) sounds like they could be a lot more interesting than the three of you are willing to let them be. There are enough bands like The Faceless, Arsis, Necrophagist, etc. Definitely sounds like a talented group of individuals though.

There is some symphonic stuff on the album, and a 20 minute closing track. I posted what's probably one of the most "straight-up" tracks since I figured it wasn't the done thing to post 8 minute epics and expect people to listen. Feel free to go pirate the shit out of our music if you want to hear more.
And all of the stuff that's on the album was written by our bassist, who at times can be a bit stuck in a box. For whatever we do next we're going to try and have all 3 of us contribute to the writing of the music, which would probably open our sound up massively. Thanks though.

Jake's Sister's Fetish Club is a fucking great name. Get something recorded for that project! I'd buy your album based on the name alone.

@Lysergica33: Haha thank you, we've always made comments about our friend's sister to make him feel uncomfortable, so when we decided to have an incredibly offensive band in the style of Anal Cunt, we found the name perfect.

Some of our songs include Dongcopter, Abortion Clinics Remind Me of Your Mother, The Ali Shuffle, A Carnivorous Boner Stalks the Innocent at Night, James Dean (AKA The Complete 180), Floridian Cuisine, Rodney King's Premium Swimming Lessons, etc. We have 70 songs written so far (that's the way grindcore is)

Beautiful stuff! Amazing production going on here, very lush, a true feast for the ears.

Keep going people, this topic has been very fruitful so far! Keep the music coming!

I don't play music, but I do know two very cool local bands.

First off, the funky stylings of The Coyotes:

Then, a humourous rock band with fusions of rock, pop-punk and other bits thrown in, Face Vs Heel:
