Any websites with good design aspects you could recommend?

Let me break it down. This is a part of one of my current college projects, one which demands I (within a group) create a website as part of an interactive kiosk.I could easily drone on with more details, but I'd rather not bore you all with any more details. All I'm asking is for websites you know of where the design (colour scheme, typography) and layout impress you to a point in which you could be bothered to post a link in this here thread.

Fantastic website. There product pages look fantastic as well. Specifically the Coda page. I wish more websites had this level of quality.

There are a lot of good designs, but it depends on what you want to do for your project.
 
One thing is for sure though, is that unless you are some poncy, pretentious photographer that needs to have their entire website flash based, just stick function over form.

If OP takes one thing he's read today to heart, let it be this. Flash is the devil. You don't need it, and potential customers don't want it.
