Anybody here use Instagram?

So with the recent flood of shitty troll threads, I decided to try and better the community with my awesomeness and create a thread that isn't absolute shit. (I'm a douche. :P)

ANYWAY, does anyone here use the Instagram app for iOS/Android? I just downloaded it the other day, and I'm sort of liking it. However, it's pretty boring when you're just starting out. Especially when it's just take/upload picture, put random filter, post on peoples news feed. Rinse and repeat. Maybe there's something I don't "get"? What say you, GB community?

I don't have either of those.

take more pictures! the more you take, the less you'll feel inclined to take. 
cause youll get comfortable and therefore satisfied earlier, you know? 
 
for now just take whatever you like and don't be too hard on yourself. the exploration phase of learning new things can be a beautiful and sometimes frustrating process.

When used correctly it can be a kind of fun way to take pictures and get them out to people, but the way it is used by most people (aka taking a shitty picture and applying a shitty filter) then it can get kind of annoying.

But no I do not use it personally.

No but in all seriousness, I downloaded it as a free app and I made a pretty cool picture during the summer.  After I saw it gained popularity I went back to it for like a day and thats about it

Let's just say that I wanted to update my twitter with a "I'm taking a dumb" message I write that and hit "Tweet".. or whatever. 
But with Instagram I take a picture of the shit and send that instead? 

Yeah, occasionally, but only to apply the filters to the images. I rarely link to the images on the instagram site because it's dreadfully bad. Once the image is filthed-up, I take it from the camera roll and post it elsewhere.

Vince follows me, and I post pictures of things in the stall almost every time I deuce at work. lololol

I...kinda like it? I mostly just follow my friends from home to see what kind of dumb stuff they're up to. And, forgive my shallowness, follow the girls I know who are attractive. They take nice pictures of themselves.

No, I use Twitter though and see people post pictures with it all the time. As far as I can tell, it takes your pictures and ruins the quality by making it darker.
