Hey guys,
as above, anyone use a THD hotplate or attenuator of any sort? Need some help connecting one up.
So, my amp (VOX AC15HW1X) has 2 speaker out connections; one that disconnects the internal speaker and one that doesn't.
My thinking is, I use the connection that disconnects the speaker into the hotplate so that the signal is routed from the amp to hotplate, then back from there straight into the speaker directly (using a Planet Waves 1/4" to spade lug cable).
This makes sense in my head, but thought I'd ask around, get other peoples opinions. I have asked in the Vox forums and THD direct, but no joy.
Oh yeah, I have the correct impedance Hotplate and I am using speaker cable for connections.
