Arcades aren't 100% dead in Portland yet. Sucks that good ones that aren't shitty ticket-exchange-games-for-shitty-prizes are so hard to come by though.
There is a brand new one at the local mall that just has Call of Duty and NBA 2k16 and that's kinda depressing.
Arcades... remember them?
Arcades never existed where I come from. Had they been around when I was a kid which wasn't allowed to have a console I'm sure I would have liked them.

A lot of barcades have a family day on Sundays when it is cool to bring the kiddies. I get not wanting to take the kids to a bar because hey it's a bar.
