Battlestar Galactica Box Set differences

I'm looking to get the Battlestar Galactice complete series, but there are two different sets on amazon. So I just  would like to know if there is any actual differences between the two other than packaging.
 
Newer one from what I understand
 
Older yet more expensive one

I think it may be cheaper to buy the individual season sets. That's what I did. Though I can't say for sure, considering it's the Canadian Amazon you are looking in.

I'm thinking I'm gonna get the newer one, but  I'd like to make sure there is no difference.
