So my fatty PS3 needs to be replaced...im leaning toward picking up a 120 gig model or just a new blu ray player. One question...what is the cheapest model of the PS3 you can currently get?
Cheapest PS3 you can get is a blu ray player for $99.99 However, it doesn't play games, just movies. It's not confirmed but Move support seems unlikely.
Listen to the good people here. The PS3 is the best value option, especially if you've owned a PS3 before and likely still have games for it. The BluRay player is the main reason I bought that thing...so that five or six years from now (if it's still working) when it's no longer good for gaming, I can at least still watch movies and use it as a media server.
I don't know where you live, or do I? ba ba ba bummmm..., but I recommend going on Kijiji.com if you are looking to get one on the cheap. There is always someone wanting to get rid of one on the cheap and if you get lucky you can get one for around $50-$100 cheaper then at a EB games or a Futureshop- or the same price as a retail with ton's of games thrown in to boot. There a lot of people out there who buy one then realize that they need rent/food/textbook money and need to get it back so they are desperate.
