Haha... I'm thinking this is how this started: A student who had a roomate that had a lot of sex with their friends was getting annoyed because he either couldn't sleep or was jealous or felt awkward. So he went up to the dean to find out that this is common. LOL. So it became a ban!

Not really, i had sex with my GF when my roommate was passed out in his bed, and his 3 friends were passed out on my floor. At least we thought they were passed out, the next day one of the girls on the floor said that they heard me and my girl going at it.
