Sometimes they look similar. Sometimes they have similar names, or maybe they just have a lot in common career wise. We all mix up people every now and then.
This one can lead to really weird conversations.

I always mix up the names of Chris Rock and Chris Tucker, but my mind definitely knows which one is which.
Kevin Costner and Kurt Russel, when one doesn't accept a role the other usually does, just adding to the confusion.

I thought that was Kurt Russell and Patrick Swayze :P

@Rainbowkisses: I assumed you mixed up Wahlberg's and Damon's labels intentionally, but then I saw that you labeled Pat and Robert correctly so I'm not sure.
I actually stole that image so I have no idea whether it's intentional or not.

I think you did, but the fact that none of use are certain is evidence that the two are secret long-lost twins.
Chris Evans and Chris Pine. They're the same guy aren't they? I've never seen them together so I have my suspicions.
While skimming through channels on TV and seeing commercials for generic crappy TV shows about rich pretty people that every station seems to have 4-5 of, I can never tell the ladies apart. They all look like the same anorexic, air head, blond, bimbos and they honestly all look the same to me.
When I was a kid I didn't understand how down syndrome works. Every time I watched something with an actor with the problem I always thought it was the same guy in every single role. I always felt mad when it was a girl with down syndrome because I thought the directors had just dressed the boy up like a girl and threw him on camera with the idea that no one could tell the difference anyway. I remember getting so mad thinking about how cruel they were.
@crusader8463: That's funny in a kind of depressing way.
@Mystyr_E: At first I wondered why you posted six different pictures of Zooey Deschanel.
Not someone I mix up, but I can never remember what Sienna Miller's face looks like. Even when I'm looking at a picture, It just sort of melts into this indistinguishable Allface that could possibly be anyone.
I cannot keep Seth Green and Seth Rogen straight in my head. I have no idea why, but I always mix them up. I'm not even going to attempt to say what either have been in now.

I have found myself referring to Charlize Theron as Scarlett Johansson, for no good reason.
They're not even remotely similar! Sort your shit out, brain.
Same here. I think it's because they garnered a lot of their fame at the same time and were touted as the "hot, blonde actress." Now I just separate the two as Black Widow and that blonde woman in Prometheus.

Never heard of Siwan Morris, Mia Kirshner, or Katie Featherston... and I never understood why Emily Blunt gets linked up with Zooey Deschanel and Katy Perry. She looks nothing like the other two.
It's only Zooey Decshanel and slutty Zooey Deschanel, or Katy Perry and hipster Katy Perry.
I guess in large I dont have a prob mixing people up. I was reading Samuel Jacksons Bio on IMDB and was suprised to read that he and Laurence Fishburne get mixed up all the time. Guess they have shared a number of stories where people come up Telling Sam they loved him in the Matrix, or Laurence that they loved him in Pulp Fiction. How the FUCK can you not know Samuel L fucking Jackson when your fucking sitting next to him.
"People shout at me "Hey, loved that The Matrix (1999), man!" Yeah - me too. I was actually on a plane last year and this guy sat down next to me. Finally he said something to me, and we started talking about _Pulp Fiction (1994)_. He couldn't remember the actor's name, so I tried to help and said "I think it might have been Samuel Jackson." He jumped in "No, no, it's the other guy, that Fishburne guy". We rode the whole flight having that coversation and then, right at the end, he looked hard at me and said, "You sure look familiar, you're sure you're not Laurence Fishburne?" I said "No, and I definitely am not in Pulp Fiction (1994) either'."
Im putting this in as its just a fucking awesome quote!
I was raised to be cautious. I went to work with my grandfather, who cleaned office buildings and furnaces, and there would be twenty-year-old guys callin' him Ed, and he called 'em Mister. My grandfather was this old guy, very dignified, but he never looked 'em in the eye. He'd look at me like, "Turn your head down! Don't look the white men in the eye 'cause they'll think you being uppity or arrogant." Now the name of my production company is Uppity

Bill Murray / Billy CrystalLet me know where you live, so that I can set you on fire.
Lol, I was kinda WTF on that one too. I feel like you must be too young to have been around when they were big. And if you were too young you prob shouldnt know who Billy Crystal is anyway.
There's a whole slew of generically handsome, stubbled, short brown haired males from the last couple of decades I find impossible to keep straight. Bale, Norton, near-dead In Time protagonist, that guy in Predators, Fringe guy, American Horror Story dad. Statham and Law fit the archetype, but have accents and are balding/annoying respectively, so I can remember them. Kind of like video game protagonists. Art imitating life and all that.

God, no!
I'm old enough to remember when Billy Crystal was relevant. One word - Soap.
I'm the old guy in this conversation.

Lol, well then I really dont get the mix up. Such different humor styles and personalities. Lol if you know he was in Soap you have to have a good understanding of him as well. Remember Billy Crystal is a nice guy. Bill Murray is kinda a dick.
I mix these up, not based on looks... and I seriously don't know why.
Danny Devito and Joe Pesci
EDIT: However, as a child, I thought that was Danny Devito in Roger Rabbit and not Bob Hoskins.
