do you think this was eminems best performance before he retired?
Is that the one where he plays with Elton John. He copied that from Guns n' Roses
Pretty much the same situation, Axl was being accused of being homophobic and the thing he did was playing with Elton John, i'm not saying it's a bad performance though.
well i love this guys stuff i guess i've seen better but...yeah it is a pretty good a great in your face performance...but i don't think he retired he's only like 33 or something well then again...who knows
WAIT he retired? when did this happen? why wasnt i aware of this!???????????????????????????????????
He's not retired, is he?
Last I heard, he's been working on "King Mathers", his next album, for at least a year now.
He's taking his time, maybe because people didn't like Encore as much as his other albums. Personally, I liked it, though The Eminem Show, The Marshall Mathers LP and The Slim Shady LP are all modern classics, and Encore wasn't as good as them.
I'm wondering when this and when Dr. Dre's next album will finally hit. Can't stand the rap I hear on the radio these days.
lmao rap is not about expressin emotions like before, is about telling others how much money you got and how many ass you can get :(
How did this get bumped from two years ago? I know that it wasn't Ess (before, it was " " at " ago"), but who the hell was it?
Thread revival FOR. THE. WIN.
.....I agree with the OP. That's it. I didn't say I was going to make this thread interesting.
" Solid_SnakeXx said:lol, I hope you guys are being sarcastic... because if not, you're being just as ignorant as the rappers you're trying to diss."lmao rap is not about expressin emotions like before, is about telling others how much money you got and how many ass you can get :("Srsly."YO YO YO LIL FUQSTIQ IN DA HIZZO WHRE MAH BIZZOS LEWK AT MAH BLIZZO"Fuck off, current rappers. " I thought Eminem's first album was probably one of his best. They're all actually pretty good. "Infinite? If so, that's my favorite album from him.
That was a landmark performance of his career, but I'd have to add the Boston gig of the "Up in Smoke Tour" to his absolute best performances. The concert was his first live DVD, and Dr. Dre, Snoop Dogg, and Ice Cube opened for him. Smoke everywhere, four hip-hop legends together, a public mockery of ICP, and Eminem performing songs of his best album (Marshall Mathers LP). From what I've heard his two shows in Detroit this month (where he headlined with Jay-Z) were fucking incredible. If I could see any artist, living or dead, this guy would be my first choice. Unfortunately he doesn't seem too keen on playing outside of California (seriously you fuckers get every good festival and artist...).
