As the topic states, which GB members visit the gym regularly. I live near a gym called Cosmos, it's the kind of gym you'd see in such films as Rocky but it's a proper Bodybuilders gym. Get a good work out there.

We got a fitness center thingie in the city shaped like a bloody ufo (it's suspended on the flat buildings next to it).

I've been there, but should go more actually but it's pretty boring to go alone.
I just take long bike rides instead!

Who needs a gym? I run, do push ups, sit ups, pull ups, and chin ups without the place.

I guess what I'm saying is, I don't.

My gym has treadmills with built in TVs and AC, so there is really no reason not to go.

I walk about 2km to school everyday, which includes walking past the pool/gym/track/soccer field/squash rooms/weight room/ basketball courts, etc. Then after class I walk past it again on my way back home. I don't go to the gym, I exercise on my way past the gym.

I used to, until I could not take the meat heads there anymore. Screaming and hollering while trying to bench some wacky weight amount. So many jerkoffs, since I am not that social of a person I should have known better.

Yep, every morning.  The office is good enough to provide a really good gym, much better than most gyms out there.

I start my workout with a run to the office from home then do some weights, sit-ups and shadow boxing then shower up for work.  And the gym is all quiet in the morning, gives a guy time to think.

I go to planet fitness once a week at a minimum...but on average it's around 2 or 3.  I gotta get into kick ass shape before the end of summer, so I can impress the girls at the shore in Jersey or Delaware.  >.>

When I visit the gym, I make sure to bring my disguise and video-camera-sunglasses.
Err, I mean no, I don't visit the gym regularly.

What? No one makes you do anything. It's a gym not a session ran by a person telling you to do stuff.

And yes, I do, 4-5 times a week.

Glasgow Uni has a pretty good fitness complex, a years membership is £40 so I tend to go around three times a week. It's really handy for killing time to avoid busy train times or to make later cinema times.

5 days a week, 2 hours a day!

Usually only during the summer months when I have time and a gym membership. This will all change after graduating University this year. Huzzah!

No, I don't go to the gym because they keep failing and shutting down whenever one opens up near my home. I have built a home gym that's pretty sweet though. Nautilus Rack + Olympic Weights set (with cable system), 130p Powerblocks, Weighted Jump Rope, EZ-Curl Bar, Chin-Up Bar that fits in my door frame, and a Wrestling Mat (well, it's not an official wrestling mat, it's made of the same material, it's just a little smaller).
I tend to pick up something for my gym every several months.

Fortunately for me I have the beautiful Pinellas Trail 2 blocks from my house to run on. :)

Usually jog with 10lb free weights in each hand or I'll walk with a 25lb backpack.

I tried that a while back and it damn near killed me. Well, thats an overstatement, but if you are looking to shed fat you can't get much better without hiring a personal trainer.

I don't intend to ever pay to exercise. Do you know how many exercises you can do with just a sledgehammer and a big ass tire? Not to mention everything you can do with your own body weight.

@MonetaryDread:  Thanks brother. I hear its pretty rough, but after 4 years of doing military style (mandatory) workouts in a company of 100+, I can't really get used to working out around other people in a gym for some reason. Here's hoping that in 3 months I am back to my old self!

I don't live in a town large enough for a gym, but I have a treadmill that I use regularly, as well as dumbbells that I should probably use more more than once a decade.

You don't have to follow a specific exercise program; figure out when no exrecise classes are going on, then go to the gym and work out at your own pace.
