I listen to a lot of gaming podcasts, but one that I never see in these threads is TalkRadar (GamesRadar's podcast) 
 
Seriously, listen to it. It's hilarious, and is usually ~2 hours each week which is a plus (for me at least)

Since I started working at a job where I can basically listen to headphones all day, I have become a connoisseur. I listen to:

• The Bombcast, of course
• Behind the Screened Door (they need a 3rd or 4th person in there to make it more lively)
• Tested (great with Gary in there!)
• Engadget

• Nerdist - Great interviews, very relaxed structure and generally has cool guests.
  
• Comedy Death Ray - Very loose as well, but they try to throw in actual sketches/bits that are often very funny
  
• Doug Loves Movies - Recorded live. Casual banter and they play a fun movie trivia game.
  
• Sklarboro Country - Good guests, Sklar style fits well with the loose format
  
• Kevin Pollak Chat Show - Long form but casual interviews, uses his movie cred to get some BIG name guests and really lets them open up.
  
• WTF with Mark Maron - One of the best. He doesn't pull punches and sometimes gets really intense conversations going (Gallagher walked out of the latest one!).

WTF with Marc Maron is my absolute favorite, it is the only podcast that is consistently a home run every episode, and normally it is for different reason then the last one, which keeps it great.

I listen to:  The Bombcast, Screened, Tested, Nintendownload X-Press, The Electric Hydra, The Hawpcast, and The Peacock and Gamble Podcast. 
Damn I listen to a lot now that I look at a list.

Scorephoria.com's Phorcast is pretty amusing on a weekly basis. Mainly videogames, but it branches off. It's refreshing to see people not being so serious, and just letting themselves be vulgar as hell.

only other one i've listened to was the russell brand podcast from a couple years ago

My Brother, My Brother and Me is essential listening, as is the amazing amazingness of Radiolab. Oh, and NDX, naturally.
