King of Beers "
I was just about to post this. GOTTA REP THE NATTY. "
I was raised on natty. Now I'm a liquor guy but when I drink beer I go for Sam Adams or Guinness.

And really Sam Adams is a MANS BEER? It's a step up from trailer trash beer at best.

@swamplord666: Two very excellent choices! I tried Asahi for the first time when I was out at dinner a few weeks back and I was really impressed. It's a very different style to the European beers I typically drink but I found it was very refreshing and clean tasting.

A favourite of mine at the moment is:

It's a pretty hoppy beer (the 15 on that bottle means 15 hops per bottle) but that means it's got a ton of delicious flavour! It might not be available where you guys are since it's brewed locally here in New Zealand.but if you check their website you might find it's available where you are.

@Fattony12000: I've loved all the Fullers beers I've tried but I've heard some very bad things about Peroni. It's quite expensive too so I haven't spent the money to try it.

Im not real knowledgeable when it come to beer, so most fridays I pick up a six pack of something I have never had before and enjoy the start of my weekend.

I recently got off of a cider kick. There is a great one that is brewed locally.

I've tried many beers but this is the one I found myself going back to. That being said, a liquor store is down the street from where I live so always keep trying new stuff.

There was a thread like this a couple of years ago, and I still have the image in my gallery that I took to respond to it...Young's Double Chocolate Stout, from the bottle, not the can. The two are wildly different, try it if you can find it. The bottled version has much higher carbonation, canned is closer to something like Guinness.

@gunslingerNZ:  It's "continually hopped" for 60 minutes during the boil (they keep adding hops) and it's 60 IBU.

Brewmaster video thingie here!

The 90 is less bitter tasting - even with a 90 IBU rating (but higher alcohol) and they have a 120 which is MASSIVE.

They are in Rehoboth Beach Delaware.

I'm a sucker for a cold Heineken, but a Red Stripe is nice too.

Clearly I live in America, and know nothing of your European ales that I always hear so much about.

Bundaberg ginger beer :) I just don't like real beer, it's never grown on me. Also I'd take a Bundaberg Peachee before a ginger beer. It's good okay!

Sierra Nevada Pale Ale or Imperial Stout. I hope people from the West Coast have had some Sierra Nevada beer, I enjoy almost anything they brew.

If there is Kronenbourg on tap, i'll buy that and normally only that (unless i'm in a club or something where the double vodka & coke gets drunk).
Kronenbourg is my favourite beer by far, it's quite expensive though compared to others but I love it.

If there's no Kronenbourg, Stella Artois then Fosters.
