Are "classic chocolate cookies" really chocolate crinkles? Because the correct answer is chocolate crinkles.

Pfeffernusse and Lebkuchen. No German heritage, and I'm Australian; we just used to get them every year.

As far as Aussie cookies - Chocolate Ripple (we use them to make a liquor cake)

Wow that's a lot of cookies I've never even heard of. But I'd probably have to give it to classic shortbread or gingerbread.

I really like holiday cookies I don't see all year, ofte because tehy are too much work except on specill occasions.

  • Hershey Kiss Blossoms
  • Pfeffernusse -- even the store bought ones are okay with me.
  • Ginger Cookies -- I like chewy ginger cookies with lots of soft 'candy ginger' bits in them
  • Danish Butter Cookies -- the ones in the blue tinyou get from a store.

Danish Pebber Nodder, Brown Cookies. The butter cookies are okay. Swedish tea cakes. My dad also makes almond christmas trees and spicy oatmeal cookies.
