Favorite movies?

My most favorite recent movie is obviously The Dark Knight. And I liked The Matrix Saga.

2001: A Space Odyssey by far.

 Hot Fuzz, that movie is so fucking epic.

Training Day, Shawshank Redemption, and Forrest gump

I've never been able to decide a single front runner out of my top sort of, 10 or so. But in no particular order, The Shawshank Redemption, Die Hard, The Thing, Escape from New York, Sin City, Battle Royale, Braveheart, Saving Private Ryan, The Last Castle, 2001: A Space Odyssey, The Shining. Holy Grail and Life of Brian get special mentions too, and a whole host of other comedy movies.

I suppose if I really had to pick one it would be The Shawshank Redemption.

Edit: How the fuck did I forget Terminator 1 and 2, and Alien 1 and 2. Damn.

In Bruges, very good movie...easily my favorite movie i have seen.
