Tim Burton's films are either hit or miss, so I was wondering what's everyone's favorite Tim Burton film?
It's either Ed Wood or Pee-wee's Big Adventure for me, with Batman a close third.

Ed Wood is great but I have to say it goes like this
1. Beetlejuice
2.Pee Wee's Big Adventure
3. Ed Wood
With an honorable mention to Big Fish and Sleepy Hollow.
I don't want to be that guy but I didn't care for the Tim Burton Batman movies.
It's between Nightmare Before Christmas or either of his Batman films. I like his movies a lot, though.
I'm not gonna comment or kidavenger will say I have bad taste again.
Ed Wood or Big Fish
Ed Wood was such a great insight into the side of Hollywood that's never shown, but that I still love dearly adn Big Fish was such an earnest sweet story that I'll admit I got slightly misty eyed by the ending from.
Johnny Depp and Ewan MacGregor played their characters in those flicks with such innocent glee that it was infectious. Plus Martin Landau and Albert Finney were amazing in their supporting roles.
Both movies also managed to challenge Burton out of his comfort zone as well.
Nightmare Before Christmas, but after seeing Coreline, I realized burton had nothing to do with it, and the director of coreline was the one who made NBC good. Yet who gets all the credit for that one, burton, tragic.
That one where everything is a little dark and twisted, but with a quirky sense of humour and a little whimsy
I've only seen a few Tim Burton films, but seeing trailers for the new Johnny Depp vehicle, Dark Shadows, makes my roll my eyes. Good doesn't mean blue filters, Burton!

I'm pretty sure they deserve equal credit. Because Henry Selick had nothing to do with Corpse Bride, and that movie was stylistically similar AND pretty successful with critics and audiences.
Edward Scissorhands is his best film by a mile. I used to love all of his films years ago, but most of them are met with a sigh now. Batman Returns and Mars Attacks are two of my other favourites.
Batman Returns is one of the best anti-christmas movies ever imo.
It's fucking bleak and quite visually stunning. Weird as well.
Ed Wood, Pee Wee's Big Adventure & Beetlejuice. I haven't enjoyed anything he's made since Ed Wood very much. I like both his Batman films, particularly Batman Returns.
Does that movie have Shogun 2 somewhere in it?Batman Returns is one of the best anti-christmas movies ever imo.

Probably Batman Returns, but I'm not really a big fan of Tim Burton's stuff. I just like that one because the villains are Christopher Walken and Danny DeVito.
