Floatation Tanks?

WUZZUP, Im in the Rhode Island area nowadays, wondering if anyone knows a place where i can float? OR just post your experiences.

What am I missing here?

Is this a convoluted drug reference? 

I think it's referring to those isolation tanks, where you do the whole sensory deprivation thing?
