It's fucking October and 90 outside. last year it was snowing by now.

@kingzetta: I love October because Halloween is my favorite holiday. When it's 80+ out and wasps are trying to get into your apartment it doesn't feel like Halloween.

Yup. My rooms gets hot in the summer and cold in the winter, and right about now I should be super-cool, but am still, to my chagrin, hot.

...At least it isn't triple digits. We just hit Drought Stage 3 conditions here in Texas. Bunch of our plants are probably gonna die now since we can't water them for two weeks apparently. 90 isn't that bad. But I guess for someone who is use to it being cold during time of the year, it must suck.

I do agree that 90 isn't as bad as it could be, at least I don't feel like I'm melting when I run outside, but it really should be cooling down by now.

I live in Jacksonville and it was 82 today. The weird thing is once the sun goes down it's like 50.

I wish it were 90 here. I hate the cold.

It has been hovering around 50 degrees F for the last week or so here. It went from 90+ to 50s in about a day. Talk about a rapid transition.

As far as I can tell from all the bitching people have done, summer completely skipped us by here in Ireland. I don't know why we still get surprised by this. There was one sunny day last week.

Meanwhile, I remain smug because I was living elsewhere and enjoying 30°C and up weather all summer.

yea i like fall, i feel like its being lost along with spring, fucking weather has been crazy these last few years, it changes from really fucking hot to really fucking cold soooo fast, you hardly even get a week of nice comfortable weather

Im in the Chicago burbs and it's been way hotter than it should be the last couple days (at least it feels that way). Fall is easily my favorite season so It's a bummer than it's not like 65 and windy all the time. Maybe this is a sign that winter will be a bit warmer too. I'm definitely of the mind that the guy that wrote that song "white christmas" only wrote it because he didn't have to drive in snow, and if he had it would have been called "Fuck winter" instead -_-;;;

I don't know about better. More like just as bad, but for different reasons.

It's 43 degrees F outside right now, so I would gladly take a 90 degree day instead.  I prefer being too cold to too hot, but 90 degrees isn't that bad in comparison to what it could have been in summer (i had to deal with 100+ degree temps this summer).

Shorts and T-shirt weather forever.  Pry my bare feet from my cold dead hands.
