Giant Bomb Fan Art Thing

I do a little graphics work for the company I currently work for, i.e. event banners, social media graphics, collateral design etc. and I thought I'd take a whack at making a Giant Bomb logo. I know it's super simple and not incredibly clean; however, I like how it turned out.

I like the color swapping on the words and backgrounds for them, though I think the bomb could be more stylized! Thanks for sharing.

I like it! Especially the use of negative space (is this the correct phrase?) around the bomb and the contrasting color swap. The white on red BOMB has a huge amount of weight to the eye.
