So pretty much what the title says (brand, model, places that have them in stock). Also, an additional question I'd like to ask is whether you find the use of an exercise bike to be a good fat loss activity.

Funny enough I'm looking for one myself. http://www.walmart.com/cp/Exercise-Bikes/1074327 Here are some. Amazon I bet is pretty good too.

It's a fine fat loss activity but, as I'm sure you've heard - you want a balanced exercise of cardio and muscle building, as well as good diet, sleep, blah blah blah and games. Lots of games.

Visit your local thrift store, people buy them all the time, and then dump them when they realize they are too lazy to lose weight.

I joined a while ago and then stopped doing it. A bunch of false starts with working out. I think the exercise bike is the way to go though. With some not too stressful muscle building exercises.

Edit: do you have the same username in the group as in here?
