Headphones vs Earphones!

For MP3 players, i vote Earphones
For Computer, i vote Headphones

If i could only keep one set, to use with all, urm, it would be headphones. Cuz i dont use my MP3 player, like ever.

VS

I like my fancy smancy Germanian headphones.

Headphones. Then, I look like a badass with headphones bigger than the outlet that they're plugged into.

Earphones, because the sound comes straight inside instead of all over the place like most headphones do. In my experience, good earphones beat good headphones any day.

Headphones for the computer (or if I had the money, to just hook up my Zune to speakers and blast out of headphones), and earphones for on-the-go.

Yeah, I'd have to say earbuds are best for your MP3, and Headphones are good when your on the computer.

I love my bose ear phones. They're really comfortable too, they don't bother your ears even if you've been wearing them for a while. Sound is AMAZING, only problem is the 100 buck price tag :x

I like Earphones more cause I use my MP3 player a lotttt and also I use my laptop a whole lot and a earphone just works out better.

I've got Shure E3Cs that cost me $180 (ear buds) as well as
a pair of Grado SR-80 headphones ($100).  I use the Shures for
travel & on-the-go & the Grados are for casual listening on my PC
(the Grados are plugged into a custom made vacuum-tube driven
pre-amp). :-P

Headphones, thank you very much. Earphones have shitty quality(relatively), usually fall out, and are uncomfortable.

When I plug in my Shures, I can't even hear the engines of an airplane. I can't even tell if I'm moving anymore. That's how quiet &  crystal clear the sound is with the earbuds.

Depends on the situation but for the most part I take my ear buds with my MP3 Player, as for the computer.... speakers.

Headphones, they look better, more comfortable and easier to store when on the go. With earbuds you have to pluck them out of your ear, wipe off any earwax you may have left on the nasty things, wrap them up somehow, and put them away. Headphones you just roll back across your head until they on the back of your neck.

Headphones, ear buds always end up braking somehow.

Well. I'm not going to wear headphones when i walk down the road.
I don't want to look like a spaceman.

I look weird in earphones. Plus my $100 ones from skullcandy broke so I only have microphone earphones. ( Only for computer)

I prefer Earphones.

I like earbuds since they don't look too big and noticeable, but I don't like having them in my ears for some reason.  I usually use headphones anyway.

I use headphones for indoors activities and such but I prefer using earphones while outside since I feel like I look like I'm trying to contact a different planet when I wear headphones outdoors.

Headphones. Earbuds would only be good if they were a custon design fit.

Headphones. Earphiones look really cheap, they seem 100x worse for leaking music, and I don't have to think about getting my headphones all waxy from earwax.

Headphones are't more comfortable. You have this big piece of leather and plastic sitting on your ears, pushing your ears against your head cause its elastic....ugh! Ear buds for the win!

P.S. Actually I think normal speakers are best, but that's probably out of the scope of this argument.
