A thing you should know is that the comunity doesn't care about Gamespot.

Naa this thread is on the right board. Also, the mods are really friendly and easy going here. It might be a good idea to read the forum rules though too.

The Off-Topic community isn't as ridiculously and laughably "snobbish" as Gamespot's is. I've only seen one or two "snobbish" users so far.

I like it better on here and the reviews are more reliable.

I guess no trolling etc is probably a good rule to live by?

The mods are just as dick-ish here... just not as much as GameSpot. Just watch out for Sweep... he'll be inside of you in no time- AND BE TASTY ABOUT IT!!!

Gamespot is so fucking dry these days. They haven't had any sort of chemistry amongst the reviewers or charisma since 2007.

Yeah, just don't be a jerk and you should be good. I found Giantbomb's reviews to be less biased too. IF they think a game is terrible, they will DEFINITELY make it known lol.
