The idea of a Let's Play, a video series where someone plays through a video game and records the whole process, has been around a lot longer than Giant Bomb's Endurance Runs. Hell, I've done five of them myself, working on a sixth. Still, might be fun. I don't really like Unskippable, but I won't hold it against them.
@supermike6: I dont know if "good" is the word to use. (I'm looking at you Deadly Premonition) I think the more important factor is whether or not there are hilarious situations for Jeff and Vinny or Ryan and Brad to poke fun at.

I think good is the right word to use, at least from my perspective, but I'm not going to spend more time on this forum defending Deadly Premonition than has already been spent. If we want a more generally accepted term, I think Endurance Run games need to have a certain amount of character and charm in order to make them enjoyable.
Unskippable is done by that sketch comedy team that does Desert Bus, right? LoadingReadyRun? I stopped following them after all of their video content was exclusively hosted on The Escapist.

Nah, they've also got Doraleous and Associates (which is on hiatus) and that Extra Credits show where they actually make valid criticisms of the gaming industry.

I know this isn't the right venue at all, but I just want to let it out somewhere that Extra Credits is one of the few things in life that I actively hate and I cry every time my friend tells me to watch it.

Nah, it's a fine venue. His voice makes me want to punch babies, and his sense of humor is awful. If he weren't kind of right most of the time (or at least asking the right questions,) I would actively hate the show as well.
