Tabasco and Tapatio don't cut it for me anymore in terms of spiciness and "taste."  Any recommendations for any hot sauce I can use for pretty much anything?

A great hot sauce I have found is called Scorned Woman, it has a great texture and a nice kick, but often when all else fails and you need an easy fix and easily accessible sauce... Good old Franks Red Hot does the trick.

@TheHBK: Never heard of it, but will look for it.

@PufferFiz: I actually have some of that, maybe I'll try it.

@Atomasist: I think I've had some of that before.  Noted.

I'm in uk now, not sure if they have it where you are, but Encona is very nice. It's typical scotch bonnet pepper sauce - hot but with a really fresh jamaican taste too.

I tend to prefer hot sauces based on scotch bonnet or bird peppers as they're the more typical flavours we get here in The Bahamas. Although we have our own native pepper that's related called the Goat Pepper which is fairly hot. It would be hard-pressed for me to give you a specific brand though, as most of the time I'm using home-made (not by me!) pepper sauces rather than branded ones. Although the staple branded ones here are Crystal, Louisiana and Tabasco and are usually used for wings, fried chicken, etc.
