Basted light is my preferred method, but if I just want some eggs, scrambled with a little garlic and cheese mixed in is damn awesome all the time.
How do you like your eggs?
I asking for one of these for my birthday (I have to think of Amazon things to put on my wishlist, so this is one.)
So, this toasts 'wide' bread objects, it poaches an egg (but will poach it scrambled as well...or just whites if take out the yolk), and it has a warming tray for pre-cooked meats like ham.
My toaster is broken right now, so this would be a good gift in my opinion.
Eggs Benedict is my favorite egg dish. If not available then I always go scrambled eggs with ketchup.
My co-worker yesterday mentioned that she likes to steam her eggs as a substitute to hard-boiling them. She says this makes them easier to peel.
I go Sunny Side Up with if I have bacon, slide an egg on a piece of toast and eat off of that. If there's no bacon on hand or just don't feel like Sunny Side Up I go scrambled and usually load it onto a bagel or English Muffin with some cheese. Usually grease the pan with butter if I'm making Scrambled.
Fried hard. Grew up eating a lot of scrambled eggs and hard-boiled eggs, but now I've gotten sick of them. And I've never cared for them any other way. Actually for several years I really didn't like eggs at all, and even now I'm pretty ambivalent towards them.
However, put eggs fried hard together with real bacon and homemade hashbrowns... probably my favourite meal.
@dgbruin08: damn it, you beat me to it before I was in front of a computer.. Wish we could embed on mobile
Scrambled or Over Easy for basic stuff, I like Eggs Benedict, Omelettes, and various other specialty egg dishes but scrambled gets points for taking little or no effort and still tasting pretty damn good.
@hypnotoadbrwowrowrow: I'm surprised no one got to it before I did.
Lately I've just been boiling my eggs; soft to medium boiled not hard. But this is more a convenience thing rather than a taste preference. Just plop the eggs in the egg boiler, turn it on and go do other stuff until it beeps. It means not having to keep a constant watch on my egg. Other than that, though, I don't really have a preference.
Poached is my favourite, but it's a pain in the butt to make/clean up so I almost always do sunny side up which is also great.
Over medium, with a side of cut up potatoes, and some gravy to poor all over it. This is my fav. hangover cure to get at my local diner, otherwise I eat them scrambled, usually in a breakfast burrito.

This post just gave me a great idea... so reading this reminded me of my hangover cure which is grill cheese with bacon... and I just got the great idea of reducing the amount of cheese... and adding an over-easy egg... my god, why haven't I thought of this before..
Grilled Cheese Egg Sandwich
@monkeyking1969: My roommates used to have that very toaster and I used it a few times. It does work but not as well as you'd hope, but probably as well as you might suspect. It's a bit of a hassle to clean the egg part and it only can cook an egg at a time.
I had to share it with several people and since it wasn't mine I always had to maintain it. Also I occasionally had to clean it after someone else's use. Either way it did work and for what seems like a novelty toaster it's pretty good.

Sadly I don't expect much. ;-) My old toaster which my landlord put in the apartment, is now broken (thank god); it was a $9 Proctor Silex. So I'm replacing the cheapest, worst toaster money can buy; with this slightly less-crappy one. I like the gadget factor of this one, but I really don't expect much.
