i work in an office and spend most of my day sat behind a desk. so i make a real effort to get plent of exercise so i don't get fat.

i cycle to and from work which is a total of 6 miles everyday. i swim once a week and work out with weights 3 times a week at the gym.

how about you.

(sorry, this should of been off topic)

Weights 4 days a week, cardio 3 days. So usually (if all goes well) I exercise between 45 mins - 1 hour a day.

I lift 5 days a week and do a half hour of interval training later in those days.

I walk my dog for two 45min sessions per day.

For cardio, I usually walk to the bathroom and back to my computer about 4-5 times throughout the day. As for weight lifting, I usually do about a hundred reps of lifting the fork to my mouth and back down to the plate while I eat throughout various meals during the day. That can be a real strain if I'm eating heavy food. That's usually my daily workout.

I'd have to measure the distance from my bed to my TV but like a solid couple of feet of ardous mid afternoon-out-of-bed walking for sure.

30 minutes every weekday. First rope skipping (yup, seriously) then a variety of excerices with high intesity. Just started this routine a couple of months back and it's effective.

And the bike too and from work, 5 miles each way maybe.

Always nice to hear that people take care of themselves. It's a necessity with this hobby (and my office work... and my love for food... and beer... and whiskey)

Maybe about 40 minutes of walking a day? I don't really need to exercise.

I bicycle to work and back. There's plenty of physical labour involved in my line of work (Logistics). And the daily stroll through the park. About half an hour. Factor in I eat well (quit eating junkfood five years ago) and quit drinking entirely (two years ago), I'm in fair health. I hope.

2 hours a day of running. I'm skinny though so I'm probably doing more harm than good. xD @MoleyUK said:

Because of my job I probably get 4 hours of exercise everyday, excluding weekends.

But actually exercising besides stretching? None.

I alternate between cardio (bike/elyptical for 30-45 mins) and weights M-Sat. I cut out sugar/regular soda and have went from 214lbs to 185lbs since Christmas. Goal is 170 (I'm 6'3") by June. I hope I can pull it off because I'm plateaued right now.

Not enough. I have some extra weight on me but I haven't actually gained any weight over the past two years at all. I just haven't made the effort to lose any, either. I guess the equilibrium I've hit is due to walking all around campus all the time with a soft drink of some sort in one hand.

None, although when my exams are finished I'd like to start running.

I'm not really a big fan of exercising on my own. If I could find someone to run with, I would.

Like none. I'm in the out-of-shape place where exercising feels like I'm killing myself and have net to summon the willpower to stick to a routine.

A year ago, I wasn't getting any. I was rapidly gaining weight and completely out of energy. I made some positive steps and started walking every day, then jogging, and now running. I also go to the gym twice a week for weights.

Down 50 pounds and couldn't be happier.

I am incredibly fit. I run 2 miles a day. I don't want to be fat, I don't like looking at fat people. To me being fat is a sign of mental weakness. I would hate to be that way.

I am super-mega fit. I run 200 miles a day, and that's because I don't want to be fat. I don't like looking at people over 175 pounds, they are mentally weak, weak people. I would hate to be like those fucking people.

I walk to and from work, which is 4 miles each way. So I walk 8 miles Monday to Friday. I don't have an exercise routine for the weekends although me and my girlfriend often go walking.

I used to also do a 20 minute jog and a series of 50 sit ups and push ups every day. I stopped that 8 months or so ago and would really like to get back into it as aside from my walking I've gotten pretty lazy.

Not much at the moment. After almost 3 years of not doing much I'm quite out of shape. I'm not fat but my stamina is completely gone so I've been jogging a few times just to build up strength again.

When summer comes around I am going to go hardcore exercise mode.

When at uni I go to the gym and run/cycle/row about 3 times a week, when at home do rugby training during the week with games on the weekends.

I have to do some exercise each week, or I feel really sluggish and shitty.

You summed up my routine pretty closely. It's always an hour though, almost daily. Except the day after legs, thats the last lifting day and the day after is always a rest from everything. Lift 4Xs/week, cardio 2xs/week. You gotta have an off day from everything, let your body relax one day and regenerate/recoup.

I eat calorie super-dense foods so that I have to strain to get them to my mouth.

Actually I get up every morning and do at least 50 push ups. More if I'm feeling like it but I'll really just stop whenever I can't do more. I used to jog 4 times a week, but I've stopped since school's been winding down. Really need to get back on that. I'm pretty proud that even at 240+ pounds I can pump out a 2 mile run like nothing, but I generally try to get 4-5 miles between jogging/walking.
