What would your diet be like? (not enough characters in the title).

I'm thinking it would be pizza, brownies, cinnamon buns, various crunchy snacks (chips, pretzels, etc), baklava. All while drinking honey or cookie ice cream smoothies.

This is a dumb thread, but I already had a cinnamon bun today and I'm still craving some junk food.

Edit: How'd I forget the fries? So many fries...

I'd still eat Pita Pit because it's delicious.

Also if by bad for you, you also mean doesn't give you digestion issues after consumption I might eat McDonalds.

I've never restricted my diet by holding off things that are ostensibly bad for me, I just eat whatever the hell I want to eat that won't make me feel like utter garbage afterwards. Even if unhealthy food wasn't bad for you, you'd still want to switch things up every now and then, regardless of how much you love those chicken wings and pizzas.

Also, those junior bacon cheeseburgers from Wendy's aren't too bad. I'd go with them.

I have stomach issues. So whatever I can eat I eat. I go by this pretty much every day.

If budget also wasn't a problem, I'd have lots of fried chicken, pizza, in and out burger, krystals (like white castle burgers but not exactly), and mint chocolate chip ice cream. Oh and ginger ale. Lots and lots of ginger ale.

Needless to say I don't eat like that now. In fact I think I've had fried chicken maybe 2 times this whole year? And Krystals maybe once? I also can't remember the last time I had mint chocolate chip ice cream. Being broke and having health issues...yep it keeps you from not eating such things. =P

More boxes of chocolates. Fancy-ass chocolates. Other than that I wouldn't change much. I'm used to eating a fairly dece diet and like different kinds of foods so I can't see myself just eating nothing but doughnuts or something.

My diet probably wouldn't change that much, except I'd eat more sugary stuff and pasta. Also I'd eat more meat if it wasn't bad for me and didn't effect the environment.

My diet would consist of big/heavy meals. I'm talking like turkey, steak, chicken parmesan, linguini in clam sauce, lobster bisque, etc. Of course, I'd probably go broke, so there's that...

I eat Chicken/Steak and Rice 5 times a day. I have Vegetables with 3 of the meal and Fruit with the other 2 .

Weekends i'll have pizza/burgers/ junk food but i'll won't pig out on it, i think i have a pretty good diet and wouldn't change it. If i was having Burritios or Italian everyday i'd probably get tired of it, and it wouldn't seem like a treat to me.

I'd eat fast food because of how easy it is. Taco Bell especially.

Right now I'm to the point where eating that kind of garbage screws up my stomach and gives me horrible heartburn.

I have always loved fruits and vegetables though so there's no way I'd ever kick that out of my diet. Apples and strawberries are pretty amazing things. So are carrots and celery.

Poutine, gratine style poutine, lasagna, burgers, ice cream, pitas, tacos and fish & chips.

There'd be very little pizza or chicken in my diet.

Bacon double cheeseburgers for breakfast, Bavarian cream-filled doughnuts for brunch, nachos supreme for lunch, chocolate cheesecake for snack time, taco pizza for dinner, and deep fried cheese for a late night snack. But, you know I'd add some fruit in there, too. Screwdrivers count as fruit, don't they?

I don't think all fat and salty meals are actually pretty boring, which is why a lot of BBQ's suck. Vegetables are pretty tasty if you don't fuck them up.

So I think I'd eat pretty much the same.

I just found out I'm diabetic, so this should be relatively easy for me :D. I'd eat nothing but Halva, Payday candy bars, bacon, and drink root beer until I explode.

Also, Thai Tea Boba sounds amazing.

Oh my god, just, like, every-all-all of it, all of the food, everything. I've been losing weight but I am still trapped in a fat guys mentality and just, just, everything probably a lot of chips, just a ton of chips all of the time while I'm watching t.v. and playing games, and pizza too, those would be my primary.

Fucking rights man, I miss those things. Those burgers were so popular in our area that Wendy's was forced to stop selling them. Apparently too many people were showing up and ordering a junior cheeseburger instead of a meal and corporate hates that.

Would I still get crazy bad heartburn? I mean, I don't think I'd eat all that differently 'cause I eat plenty unhealthy already, but not having heartburn would be pretty cool.

Probably exactly the same as it is now. I eat what I feel like and what I can afford. Which doesn't necessarily exclude "healthy" food, just to be clear. Honestly, a diet of nothing but junk food sounds pretty awful.

I don't necessarily care about eating healthy, but you need some decent food every now and then just to cleanse the palate. The only reason anyone would think eating junk food all the time would be great is because they're currently depriving themselves.

In this particular scenario you can eat what you like.

Yeah, I like healthy food as well, but I do have some mighty cravings for junk food some times. It'd be nice if I could satiate those cravings by just eating a bunch of junk for a little while and then go back to my regular diet.

I eat like shit regardless, so it doesn't really matter.

For instance, last night's meal was Shepherd's Pie (ground beef, corn, french style green beans, all topped with mashed potatoes made with sour cream and cream cheese, then cheddar in and on top of the whole thing).

I'll continue eating whatever I want whenever I want. If you are active or smart enough to stop eating when you are full it shouldn't be an issue. I keep an active enough lifestyle that I can essentially eat what I want regardless of having a slow metabolism. I Do Not mean this as a humble brag sort of thing but 2 years ago I got tired of being winded just walking up a flight of stairs and just ate till I was comfortable and not overly full or till I felt bloated. With simply cutting down how much I ate and not really what I ate, I went from 270 to 180. 90 pounds due to not eating till I felt sick/bloated. Yeah, I could eat a Big Mac and 2 large fries but did I really need to? No, especially when just a cheeseburger and a medium fries(?) works just as well without the gross feeling.

Eat whatever you want but just like everything else it's all in moderation.

To be honest it would be about the same, boring I know but I tend to feel sick when I eat to much of anything super greasy or sweet.
