Which two would you pick?
for me german and japanese
If you could be fluent at 2 foreign languages...
I already speak french fluently as a second language, but as for a third I'd probably pick Japanese because of all the games. As for a second that I don't already know I'd choose latin since it's pretty much the language the majority of the currently used languages are based on.
Chinese and latin.
Since chinese is the root dialect for most versions of languages in the orient then i could easily learn those languages by knowing chinese fluently.
and since latin is the root for most of the european languages i would have an easier time learning other european languages thus.
Chinese and Russian. Because in the end, we will all speak Chinese and I love the sound of the Russian language.
I can already speak (Mexican) Spanish and my Japanese is going along pretty swimmingly, so...
Well, I'm getting pretty good at spanish, but still can't quite speak it fluently. Anyway, since I'm close, I'm gonna pick a third language here and go with Italian.
If you don't have problem in English, you should probably go through Japanese. learning German for English speakers is simple and somehow, you don't have to learn it because you'll never be in need of speaking it.
And everyone knows that Japanese sucks brilliantly. I mean you should study until next year to learn their Alphabet. Then, as an instance, why people of Japan add "oso" after some of their surnames? when English is the second language of Japan, you don't have to bother your self with that.
I'm interested in French, I can speak Arabic somehow ( I can request water and use Arabic terms on another languages, it'll make you COOL) and English as you see, and my main language that I'm aware of naming it.
Hmm.
I've all ready got English as my second language. I know a little of a few languages but I only have an interest in learning Italian or Japanese :P
I wish I started to learn Japanese and Italian at the same as I started with English.
"Japanese and Chinese."There is no such language as Chinese. It's either Mandarin or Cantonese.

Depends on what language you're all ready speaking :P
In Norwegian we call both Mandarin and Cantonese "Kinesisk".
Irish Gaelic, after 5 years i'm still not fluent.. damn teachers.
And Japanese, started learning the oral last year, plan on going there in about a year, so i need to learn that shit.
