Is it bad or heath risk

To sit on the computer for 12 hours straight for 6 mouths long? 

do you really need to ask this?

Yeah, it's a health risk because you aren't doing anything.

Wow what will happen to me? eash day i sit here for 12 hours . and i feel like my body is sore . 

Staying in one position for too long, no matter what position it is, is not the greatest. Sitting in particular can be really hard on your back, just ask just about anyone who's worked a desk job for a few years. 
 
Edit: define health risk? Because you won't become physically disabled or anything but it might just cause muscles to act up.

I believe I read that sitting in an upright position at a desk with proper posture will actually burn calories. So sit up straight slacker.

But yes, it's an extreme risk. Your muscles aren't built to sustain stillness for excessive periods of time. This can cause serious bone issues later. Also, you're a fucking loser if all you do is sit at a computer all day every day. And if your job requires this, you need to seek employment elsewhere.

Well you can just stand up and stretch from time to time. You know, all those things we're supposed to do while using the computer. Like looking off the monitor, into the distance, like John Wayne.

Depends on the type of monitor.  Some put off different types of radiation which can cause super powers.
